1. About Us

Maidah Projects and Investments (Pty) Ltd is an authorised Short Term Credit Provider, registered with the National Credit Regulator under registration number NCRCP20679.

2. Use of Service

By applying for a loan you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate, and that you are over 18 years of age and a South African resident.

3. Affordability

All loans are subject to an affordability assessment in line with the National Credit Act. We will only extend credit you can reasonably afford to repay.

4. Repayments

Repayment terms, interest rates and fees will be disclosed in your pre-agreement quote and final loan agreement. Late or missed payments may attract additional charges.
